Terms & Conditions
The term ‘CHIC Skin & Laser Clinics’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website, Chic Skin & Laser Clinics, and entities within the CHIC Skin & Laser Clinics group. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website, or the client as the context requires. Please take some time to read and fully understand the terms and conditions associated with our promotions, products and treatments.
CHIC Skin and Laser Clinic offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all of our products and services. However, under some circumstances, our guarantee does not apply. These circumstances include, but are not exclusive to, the following criteria:
  • The product or service has been found at a lower price elsewhere.
  • You have simply changed your mind about the purchase through no fault of CHIC Skin and Laser Clinics.
  • You have made the decision that you no longer have a use for the product or service.
  • You have misused a product or not carefully followed instructions of use and/ or aftercare.
  • You have asked for a service to be performed in a manner against the advice and guidance of CHIC Skin and Laser Clinics.
  • You have been unclear about your requirements.
Replacements and refunds will only be considered within 14 days of the original purchase date. All replacement and refund requests will be considered in-line with the following conditions:
  • You are able to provide proof of purchase
  • Replacements will be identical, or of the same product category as the original supply.
  • Refunds will be made for the amount originally paid only. The refund will be made using the payment method originally provided by the customer/client.
Gift cards and vouchers are redeemable against CHIC Skin and Laser Clinics’ products and services. When purchasing a gift card the following conditions apply:
  • Gift cards will be valid for 12 months after the date of purchase.
  • Expired Gift Cards will not be extended.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced.
  • Gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, or refunded.
  • Remaining balances cannot be transferred onto a new gift card.
  • Gift cards and vouchers are not legal tenders, credit cards, account cards or securities.
CHIC Skin Laser Clinics provides high-quality professional services. In order to ensure we continue to provide the highest possible standard of service CHIC Skin and Laser Clinics strictly adheres to the following cancellation policy:
  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice prior to the commencement of your booked appointment.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in the event that you fail to attend a booked appointment. In the event that you fail to attend an appointment for a pre-paid treatment, we reserve the right to withdraw this treatment.
  • If you are late for a booked appointment, the time allotted for your treatment may be shortened
  • Groups of 3 or more will be required to pay a 20% deposit of the total service price. Groups who fail to attend or provide 24 hours notice of cancellation will forfeit the 20% deposit.
  • We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for facial and body treatments. This allows time to fill in any required forms or use the bathroom before your ‘treatment time’.
  • Discounts on each package are calculated using the original pre-treatment price NOT the pre-paid package price.
  • In order to secure a discount on any of our packages, a payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of any treatments.
  • Pre-paid packages are non-transferable.
  • The expiry of all pre-paid packages is between 3-12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry will be dependent on the specific treatment and the number of treatments purchased.
  • All treatments within the package have been purchased.
